Helpling.ai offers refunds within 30 days of purchase for the following reasons:

• Technical issues preventing access to the service
• Service not functioning as described
• Billing errors or duplicate charges

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• AI model training costs after training has begun
• Generated content that has been delivered successfully
• Subscription fees after 30 days of purchase
• Usage fees for completed AI generations
