Helpling.ai Usage Policy

1. Definitions

• “Helpling.ai” / “we” / “us” – Helpling Ltd, the operator of the Helpling.ai platform.
• “Service” – All sites, apps, APIs, and models provided under the Helpling.ai brand.
• “User” / “you” – Any individual or entity that creates an account or accesses the Service.
• “Content” – All text, data, files, and prompts you upload or generate with the Service.

2. Fair-use limits (per subscription per calendar month)

We may throttle or queue requests that exceed these limits. Need more volume? Contact sales@helpling.ai.

3. Acceptable content

You must have the legal right to supply any Content you upload. Permitted themes include business, marketing, humour, lifestyle, and general informational topics—provided they comply with Section 4.

4. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

1. Depicts child sexual content or any sexual depiction of minors.
2. Promotes sexual exploitation or non-consensual acts.
3. Praises, recruits for, or instructs extremist or terrorist activity.
4. Contains violent threats or calls for harm.
5. Includes hate or harassment toward a protected group.
6. Provides disallowed medical or legal advice presented as professional guidance.
7. Reveals personal data in breach of privacy laws.
8. Reproduces copyrighted works without licence or fair-dealing basis.
9. Distributes malware, phishing, or spam.
10. Otherwise breaches UK law or the OpenAI Usage Policies.

5. Platform integrity

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or bypass rate limits or security features.
• Automated scraping of Helpling.ai is forbidden except through the documented API.
• Report vulnerabilities to security@helpling.ai; we run a responsible-disclosure programme.

6. Account security & sharing

Individual log-ins are personal. Sharing credentials or re-selling access is not allowed. You remain responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Monitoring & enforcement

We employ automated and manual checks (including payload inspection) to detect abuse. If we believe you have violated this policy we may, at our sole discretion:

1. Issue a warning;
2. Temporarily limit or suspend your account;
3. Terminate the account and delete associated models;
4. Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Reporting abuse

Email abuse@helpling.ai. We respond within 24 hours for urgent issues.

9. Policy changes

We may revise this Usage Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be announced via in-app notice or email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
